5 .Plan fun activities with your family that have no or low cost.
6. Eat healthily and get lots of rest.

Stress can also cause anxiety, irritability, anger and depression. It can also cause fatigue and interfere with sleep. Additionally, attempts to cope with stress can lead to reliance on alcohol, food or tobacco. Take steps to limit the level of stress you experience on a daily basis. Share your feelings with family and friends and engage in physical activity to relieve tension. Try to focus on the positive aspects of life. Thanks.
