The good news: Yes there is finally growth in private sector jobs. But a record number of people have lost hope and are staying out of the job market. Less then 65 % of the USA Civilian working population is working full time. When more people re-enter the job market it is likely that the unemployment rate will grow. In addition wages continue to decline making it harder to make ends meet. To many job seekers it sure feels like deflation. What do you think? (Editor's Note)
