Romney Or Obama. Who As President Will Create More Jobs Over The Next 4 Years?

The Presidential Election is just a matter of a few weeks away. Many of you are looking for new jobs or careers. So this weeks poll asks: which candidate will create more jobs if elected. Vote for Romney, Obama or "it does not matter".If elected will Romney or Obama more effectively help create new jobs over the next four years? Take our IO40 poll this week and let us know your reaction.

The economy looks like it may be slightly improving. But in the economy of ONE (your family and you) it still is a long way from pre-recession living.
So the future job market looks like it will consist of 4 key characteristics:

    • Lower compensation for both hourly workers and mid level managers.
    • Need for retraining for new careers in growth industries such as Health Care, HVAC and Engineering.
    • Continued growth in contract and temporary jobs,
    • Continued reduction in company offered and managed health care and retirement benefits.
Those who readily adapt to these changes will find it increasing easier to find meaningful careers.
Again please give us your reaction to the IO40 Weekly Poll Here: Romney or Obama. Who is going to more effectively help job creation?

What is Your Reaction and Opinion? Try to keep it real:).
