- Lower compensation for both hourly workers and mid level managers.
- Need for retraining for new careers in growth industries such as Health Care, HVAC and Engineering.
- Continued growth in contract and temporary jobs,
- Continued reduction in company offered and managed health care and retirement benefits.
Those who readily adapt to these changes will find it increasing easier to find meaningful careers.
