I don't know if the there were sound problems with the video (the speech didn't match the lip movements) or this was my hearing (shoddy at best).
ReplyDeleteIs theer a text transcription of this video and, if there is, how does one obtain it? Up to the point that the sound did not match the visual, this was interesting.
I didn't get much from the video due to the poor quality of sound. Also I would have like to have heard her take on what she is looking for in an OBJECTIVE.
ReplyDeleteVery difficult to hear/understand your validation for using an objective statement. However,as someone who works with individuals who are in job transition, if a job seeker cannot pull together a really well done objective statement, then they should leave it off and use the space to provide a comprehensive and concise list of summary qualifications.
ReplyDeleteOnce an online resume submission makes its way to a good recruiter, that person will be looking at the summary qualifications to ascertain if this is an individual who is qualified for the position they are trying to fill.
