Will our leaders lead us or continue to bicker and flagellate amongst themselves.  We the people need action from Congress , Our President and Perhaps as important our esteemed Business Leaders. 1. In a word. No. They really don't give a damn. However, I say if companies will not hire older people they really need to be forced to. It is just tough beans. They really need to have qualified workers assigned to them. And it would help a lot if healthcare insurance was divorced from work. Everyone needs to pay the same premium (as it will average out over ones' lifetime. It is so stupid to have 20 year olds pay less than older people....and so stupid for it to be optional. It needs to be taxed. These tea baggers are idiots if they think these types of programs can work via the free market.
