Absurd advice. If the interviewer asks "tell me about yourself" you need to narrow it down. Ask the interviewer something like "would you like to know about my recent interests?" Which means that those of us who are lucky enough to be employed are also stuck with said job, even if we're desperately unhappy and needing to move on to something better, or at least something else.
